1. Overview
PayTrack - Repayment Schedule is an Android app that helps you plan and manage loan repayments. You can enter loan details such as principal amount, interest rate, and tenure to instantly generate a full amortization or repayment schedule, letting you see each installment broken down by principal and interest over the life of the loan.
The app is designed for local, offline use. Core features — including entering loan details, generating schedules, and changing app preferences — are intended to work entirely on your device without requiring an account.
Important: PayTrack may use third-party services for advertising or Google Play purchases. Those services may process information as described in their own privacy policies. The final policy should be checked against the exact SDKs and features included in the released app.
2. Information handled by the app
Depending on the features you use, PayTrack may store the following information on your device:
- Loan details you enter, such as loan name or label, principal amount, interest rate, tenure, and start date.
- Generated repayment schedules and installment breakdowns saved within the app.
- App preferences, such as your selected theme or currency symbol.
- Purchase status needed to determine whether ads should be removed.
PayTrack does not require your name, contacts, or an account login to use its core scheduling features. Do not enter sensitive personal identifiers into loan labels or notes unless you want them stored in the app.
3. Local storage and offline use
Your loan details, repayment schedules, and app preferences are intended to be stored locally on your Android device. The core app does not require a PayTrack account or cloud sync to generate and review repayment schedules.
Because data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app, clearing its app data, or losing or resetting your device may erase your saved loans and schedules. Unless a separate backup or export feature is provided, PayTrack cannot recover locally stored data for you.
PayTrack lets you choose a currency symbol for display. Changing the symbol does not perform currency conversion or provide exchange-rate calculations.
4. Advertising
PayTrack displays ads in the free version. The advertising provider may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, app interactions, device information, approximate location derived from network information, or diagnostic data, subject to the provider's setup and your device settings.
Advertising providers may use information to deliver, measure, or personalize ads, as permitted by applicable law and your choices. Review the privacy policy and data safety information of the advertising provider used in the released app.
If the app's advertising setup changes, this policy and the app's Google Play Data safety disclosures should be updated to match.
5. Remove Ads purchases
PayTrack may offer a one-time purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play. PayTrack does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Google Play may process purchase details and account information to complete, manage, and restore purchases under Google's terms and privacy policy. The app may check purchase status to enable the ad-free experience.
Purchase and restoration features require an internet connection and may not be available offline. All core loan scheduling features are designed to work offline.

7. Data retention and deletion
Loan records and preferences stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. You can manage or delete individual loan entries within the app where those controls are available.
Third-party providers may retain information they process according to their own policies and legal obligations. Deleting local app data does not necessarily delete information already held by Google Play or an advertising provider.
8. Security
PayTrack uses Android's app storage mechanisms to keep its local data within the app's storage area. No method of electronic storage is completely secure. Protect your device with a screen lock and keep Android and the app updated.
Anyone with access to your unlocked device or app data may be able to view the loan information stored in PayTrack.
9. Children's privacy
PayTrack is a general financial planning tool and is not designed specifically for children. The app does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party feature, contact us using the details below.
Before publishing, confirm the app's intended age group and that the advertising setup complies with applicable child privacy and Google Play Families requirements, if relevant.
10. Third-party services
Google Play and any advertising provider included in the released app operate under their own terms and privacy policies. PayTrack does not control how those providers process information. Check the app's Google Play listing for the current Data safety disclosures.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Please review it from time to time.
